Processing occurs only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, to present our content and offers (for example, information about GlucoBalance), to process requests and for analysis and marketing purposes, or if you have consented to more comprehensive processing.
3. Hosting and server log files
Our website is operated by an external service provider (host). The host provides the technical infrastructure through which this page is delivered. When you access our website, our system automatically records the following information:
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- File/page accessed and volume of data transferred
- Browser and operating system used

The processing of this data is carried out to ensure trouble-free operation of the website, for system security and to clarify cases of abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Log files are normally automatically deleted after an appropriate retention period, unless longer retention is required for security reasons.
4. Contact (E-mail / Contact form)
When you contact us by e-mail or through a contact form, we process the information provided (for example, name, e-mail address, phone number, message content), to process and respond to your request.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is related to the initiation or execution of a contract, or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR based on our legitimate interest in effective communication with interested parties and customers. If you have expressly consented to contact or additional information by e-mail, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
We store your request only for as long as necessary for processing and any follow-up questions or as long as there are legal retention obligations.
5. Newsletter and advertising information
If we offer a newsletter or comparable information by e-mail, you will only receive it if you have expressly registered for it or to the extent legally permitted. As part of the registration we process the e-mail address you provided, as well as, if applicable, other voluntary information.
The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example, through a cancellation link in each e-mail or through a message to the contact details mentioned above.
6. Cookies and reach measurement
Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to provide basic functions, analyze page usage or optimize content (for example, attribution of advertising campaigns and clicks on product links such as GlucoBalance).
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Strictly necessary cookies are necessary for the operation of the page and may be used without your consent (Art. 6 para. 1, lit. f GDPR). All other cookies, especially for statistical or marketing purposes, are only set if you have consented through a cookie banner or comparable functions (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
You can withdraw your consent at any time through your browser's cookie settings or through a cookie management tool available on our website and delete already set cookies.
7. Affiliate partners and advertising
This website may contain affiliate links and advertising spaces. If you click on a corresponding link or purchase a product through such a link (for example, GlucoBalance capsules), we may receive a commission from the respective provider. The price does not change for you.
To track orders, third-party providers may use cookies or similar technologies to determine that you arrived at the offer through our website. Data processing by the respective providers is their own responsibility according to their privacy policies.
The legal basis for the integration of affiliate programs is our legitimate interest in financing and developing our online offering (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). To the extent that consent is required for the use of cookies or similar, processing additionally occurs on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates data protection provisions.
11. Data security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, abuse or unauthorized access. This includes, among others, encrypted connections (for example, HTTPS), access restrictions and regular updates of the systems used.
However, note that data transmission on the Internet (for example, in e-mail communication) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
